For Day 7, we visited the Adelaide City, and also the Chinatown there. At lunch, we went to the park, and had picnic on the grounds. After that, we went to the conservatory. On the way back, we also went to the Camelot Castle,a hotel accommodation built on castle grounds.

This morning (Day 7 morning) we will be dropping by the Central Market in the city of Adelaide.

Various shops selling cheese, vegetables, fruits, sausages, clothes, electronics…

Pretty Fruits on sale.

Rows after rows of stalls.

Quality Fruits, anyone?

Cheese, olives and such

Chinatown is just next door of the Central Market.

Here you may feel you are in China.

Even Yum Cha is available here.

After the shopping at Central Market, we had a picnic at the Botanical Gardens.

A dark walkway made up of plants covering the top.

The Adelaide Botanic Garden is home to the internationally acclaimed Bicentennial Conservatory. It houses an amazing world of full size rainforest trees.

Day 7:  Trip to the Harbour Town outlet centre. On the way there, we stopped by an apple orchard to catch some of the nicest looking apple trees around.

Delicious looking apples on the trees.

Rows after rows of apples!

This crate for storing the apples?

Many of the fruit dropped off the tree. Maybe they are not so good in the first place, that’s why. This ensures we get the good and freshest one still hanging on the tree.

Shopping at the Harbour Town shopping outlet.

After a long day of shopping, we returned back to Basket Range. Stopped by the Camelot Castle, a hotel that is selected as a cultural landmark in Adelaide. This little hideaway has been distinguished among the “Best wedding locations in Australia”.

Walkway leading to the area where weddings and birthday celebrations takes place.

Nice “river” running through the hotel, alongside the balconies of the rooms.

This leads to the dining area and restaurant. There was a dinner celebration going on, so we did not go in.

Courtyard of the hotel where guests often walk.
