How long a nap should you take?

How long should you sleep for a nap? It depends on what benefits you would like to reap, as well as the time you have on hand for the nap. As for me, when I do nap, it would be for around 25 minutes, so I don’t wake up feeling groggy. Anything more than 45 min would probably have a negative effect on your sleep cycle and affect your night’s good sleep.
